📅 1. How do I book a stay?

You can fill out our booking inquiry form or send us a message to check availability. We’ll follow up within 24 hours and schedule a meet-and-greet if needed. A deposit may be required to hold your dates.

🐾 2. Where will my dog stay?

Your dog will stay in our home with us — not in a kennel. They’ll have access to indoor spaces, outdoor play, and designated rest areas depending on their needs and temperament.

🦴 3. What do I need to bring?

Please bring:

  • Food (pre-portioned if possible)

  • Leash & collar

  • Any medication with instructions

  • Optional: crate, blanket, toys, or anything comforting from home

We provide bowls, crates, and bedding if needed.

💉 4. Are vaccinations required?

Yes. All dogs must be up to date on:

  • Rabies

  • Distemper/Parvo (DHPP)

  • Bordetella (kennel cough)

Proof of vaccinations is required before boarding.

🧼 5. Do you offer grooming or baths?

Yes! We offer baths, nail trims, and basic brushing as optional add-ons. Let us know at drop-off if you'd like this included before pickup.

 

😌 6. What if my dog has anxiety or needs medication?

We’re experienced with pups who need extra TLC. A consistent routine and calm environment help anxious dogs settle in. We can administer oral or topical medications as directed — no extra charge.

🐕 7. What if my dog doesn’t get along with others?

We evaluate all dogs during the meet-and-greet. Pups are grouped based on social compatibility, and we have the ability to separate or rotate dogs as needed. Safety always comes first.

📸 8. Will I get updates?

Yes! We send daily text updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pup is happy and cared for.

💰 9. What is your pricing and payment policy?

  • $33/night for boarding

  • $25/day for daycare

  • Add-ons like baths or nail trims are available
    A deposit is required to reserve your dates. The remaining balance must be paid before or at drop-off.

❌ 10. What’s your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans change! Please cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours may be credited toward a future stay.
